Roma, Spurs target ready to agree to Barcelona move
Despite all of Walter Sabatini's hard work- not to mention interest from EPL hopefuls Tottenham- it appears that Samuel Umtiti is ready to accept Barcelona's offer for his services.

With Antonio Rudiger attracting a lot of interest from all over Europe (especially Chelsea), Francesco Totti's club is looking to hedge its bets in case it were to sell the German international for a huge payday.
Umtiti is also a last-minute addition to France's 23-man squad, following Jeremy Mathieu's injury.
