Roma midfielder Kevin Strootman has been talking to the clubs official website. He declared that; “To win the Scudetto need a bit of luck but also a lot of stability and continuity. We have done very well in the second part of the season, winning many points, but during the last five years, Juventus was simply too strong for any other team in the Serie A and therefore, to compete with the bianconeri will need improvement from everyone and to be at 100% in every single match. It will be a great challenge: A club like Roma must point to the title every year".
 

Asked about his debilitating injuries of recent seasons, he explained that; “Moments immediately following surgery, when the rehabilitation starts, are really difficult. But even if this is the first or the third time that it happens, you just have to go forward. This is the only way in which you think: you must go ahead. Their remains only one choice and is to think that you can return to the field and that you must do everything possible to achieve it. Obviously after the operations I had difficult moments, those where we must train alone and where you feel the pain, but I had only one choice and that was to return to the field."
