ROMANO: Inter wanted Nainggolan and said no to Fabregas

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas would really like to try an experience in Italy, and during the last transfer window he has been offered to Inter Milan as part of the negotiation for the transfer of Marcelo Brozovic to London. The nerazzurri said no, and the same answer was given in the last days to the player’s agent regarding the next transfer window.
The Lombard club admires the Spaniard, but they don’t want to invest what they would earn by selling Brozovic in a 30-year-old who earns €8,5 million per season and has had some difficulties in the last two seasons.
On the contrary, the Suning group has made a serious attempt for AS Roma 28-year-old Radja Nainggolan: to obtain the Belgian international, Inter have offered €35 million, but the giallorossi have refused: the former Cagliari man has remained in Rome waiting for a new contract while the nerazzurri have succeeded in signing their first choice – Joao Mario.
