    Rumours: Chelsea want to sign Serie A star in January

    Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing Serie A star Federico Bernardeschi in the January transfer window, the Sunday Express reports. The Italy winger is known to be a long time target of Chelsea boss Antonio Conte who gave the 22-year-old star a call-up to Italy national team for EURO 2016 last summer.

    Bernardeschi can play as right winger in a 3-4-3 system. He can’t provide as much run as Victor Moses but he definitely has more quality than the current right winger of the Blues.

    The British tabloid, however, reports that Bernardeschi is pushing to move to Chelsea in the January window, whilst the player revealed earlier this week that he’s considering ending his career at the Fiorentina.

    Being one of the most promising Italian players out there, Bernardeschi is inevitably likely to leave the Artemio Franchi outfit sooner or later, but his move away from the Franchi is very difficult, at least at this stage.
