Sampdoria enter Eder transfer talks, but it’s a complicated deal

Sampdoria are considering a return of their old striker Eder, local TV channel Primocanale reports. The blucerchiati have reportedly made contact with Inter asking information about the Italy international who left the Marassi just seven months ago on a loan deal with compulsory buy-out clause.

Inter are supposed to make the striker’s move permanent this month, paying Sampdoria € 11 million, but the two parties are trying to find a solution which can allow Marco Giampaolo’s side to have their striker back, allowing Inter to save money.

The deal, however, might not be as straightforward due to Sampdoria’s poor finances.

Calciomercato.com has already highlighted that Eder could be one of those strikers leaving the San Siro as Inter’s attack is becoming pretty overcrowded and the situation is not going to get any better with the arrival of Gabigol.
