Sao Paolo's 44 year old goalkeeping legend retires

The playing career of a legendary Brazilian goalkeeper is finally coming to an end. Rogerio Ceni, 44 year old Sao Paolo shotstopper, has officially left the playing field and is now expected to be continuing his footballing career as a coach. The Sao Paolo legend has been with the club since the 1990-91 season, compiling 286 matches played in the Brazilian league, and having played for the Brazilian national team. He is expected to move immediately into a coaching role with the club he spent most of his career with.
