    Serie A Matchday 12: Top 5 performances of the weekend

    There were many great performances this past week as Juve, Roma, Milan and Inter all won their games. Napoli drew Lazio 1-1 in Naples which means that the top 3 teams in the Italian Serie A are still Juventus,Roma and Milan. Inter beat Crotone at the San Siro as the nerazzurri will now be naming a new coach very soon....

    Here is our list of the top 5 performances of Matchday 12 :

    5- Adem Ljajic : Torino vs Cagliari: Whoscored rating: 9.1

    Ljajic put in a solid display as he made many offensive runs, scored a goal and assisted another. It was a very efficient game from the Serbian attacking midfielder. 

    4- Massimo Maccarone : Pescara vs Empoli : Whoscored rating: 9.1

    Maccarone always seems to find a way to score goals even at an advanced age. He had a very solid game for Empoli as he scored 2 goals and added an assist in Empoli's 4-0 win versus Pescara. 

    3- Riccardo Saponara: Pescara vs Empoli: Whoscored rating: 9.3

    It was a good day for Empoli as many of their players had solid outings. Saponara made constant runs and was a threat all game long. He scored 1 goal and also assisted one today.

    2- Andrea Belotti : Torino vs Cagliari: Whoscored rating: 9.6

    Belotti keeps amazing people as he has a knack to score goals. He had a big game last night for Torino as he scored 2 goals and added an assist. He has really been hot this season as he will now be playing for Ventura's National team. 

    1- Mohamed Salah: Roma vs Bologna: Whoscored rating: 10

    Salah had a terrific game as he scored all 3 of Roma's goals . He was a thorn in the Bologna team as they did not have an answer for his speed.He is our top performer of the week.
