Spalletti: I never criticised management, Roma need defensive overhaul
“I never criticised anyone,” Spalletti told Roma Radio, “Roma will become a great team, and so will its management team, despite some are trying to set us against the other with fake interviews.
“I speak on a daily basis to those who take care of the transfer window. We need to work on our defence, as Sabatini knows, we’ve lost three out of four starters. Well, two and a half: Rudiger was a starter, so was Digne, Maicon was great, Florenzi has done well in defence, but we’ve always needed to clarify where he should play.
