    Spurs goalkeeper Hugo Lloris joins his fellow citizens for minute of silence in Nice

    Lequipe.fr reports that Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris has joined his fellow citizens in Nice’s promenade des Anglais to attend a minute of silence to pay tribute to those killed in last Thursday’s terrorist attack in one of the most popular touristic attractions of the city.

    Lloris has expressly returned to his home city to attend the ceremony. The French goalkeeper was born and raised in the French city hit by a terrorist last Thursday and he’s also a product of Nice’s academy. Lloris left the club in 2008 to join Lyon ahead of his transfer to Tottenham four years later.
