Strootman: 'Roma deserved the win, but could have been better'
The Giallorossi lost 1-0 to Fiorentina on Sunday evening, despite some controversial refereeing.
“In a game like this you need to get at least a point,” Strootman complained in a press conference today, “We deserved all three”.
“For my part, I always want to help Roma and I think that this was our best match in Serie A this season.”
“We gave away a lot of balls and in the midfield it is harder like that. We should have done better.
“We need to work, listen to Spalletti, get our confidence back and win matches.
“We played as a team and we did well in defence, but we need to improve everything.”
