    Chelsea have emerged as serious contenders for talented Fiorentina left-back Marcos Alonso. Antonio Conte seems to have given up on the chase of a new centre-back after that offers for Kalidou Koulibaly, Giorgio Chiellini and Alessio Romagnoli were refused by Napoli, Juve and AC Milan respectively.
