Tottenham set €57m price for Man United target
Manchester United are very interested in the England international, who is very versatile, capable of playing all across the defence.
The former Sporting Lisbon man is considered a priority by Jose Mourinho, the Telegraph claim (via the Mirror). .
The idea is that the 23-year-old is supposed to be the long-term successor to Michael Carrick, whose playing days are coming to a close.
Mourinho has also looked to sign two former players of his at Chelsea, namely William and Nemanja Matic.
The Daily Star claimed last month that the Red Devils wanted three English players to join from White Hart Lane, namely Danny Rose, Kyle Walker and Dier himself - and that Coach Mourinho was willing to double their salaries in order to entice them.
Dier played 34 Premier League games for Tottenham last season, in a number of positions.
