    South American mission for Juve

Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici is currently in Brazil looking at several potential signings. The Bianconeri are focusing on three youngsters: Juan (Internacional), Dedé (Vasco da Gama) and Rhodolfo (Sao Paulo). While Rhodolfo seemed close to the Old Lady in the past, reports suggest the Bianconeri’s attention might have shift on Dedé, who has also been linked to Milan. Inter are instead planning a bid for Juan.
For Rhodolfo the asking fee is set to 10M Euros which Juventus are unwilling to pay. Before picking one of these three defenders up, Paratici should make a trip to Argentina where he will look at Lisandro Lopez (Arsenal de Sarandí) and Julián Velázquez (Independiente).

Meanwhile, Beppe Marotta is checking closely on several Italian defenders like Davide Astori, Marco Andreolli and Daniele Gastaldello. The Old Lady cannot afford to spend much in January so Marotta & Paratici will aim to a convenient buy; whether it will be a quality one it is yet to be seen.

    Milan on French hunt
The ageing Milan midfield needs to be restyled and while in the summer Antonio Nocerino and Alberto Aquilani joined their crew, the Rossoneri are still on the hunt for a couple of additions. Massimo Ambrosini, Mark Van Bommel, Mathieu Flamini and Gennaro Gattuso are no long term guarantee though.

The Rossoneri are scanning the French Ligue 1 for a number of players who could make the difference in San Siro. Rennes pit-bull Yann M’Vila is on top of their wish-list but Milan are unwilling to pay the suggest 25M fee for his services.

The less expensive Moussa Sissoko from Toulouse is perhaps a more realistic target also considering that his contract is expiring in June 2013. Sissoko has in the past been linked to Juventus and Inter but has also been followed closely by several Premier League clubs.

Maxime Gonalons from Lyon and Rio Mavuba from Lille are the next two names on Massimiliano Allegri’s shopping list. Both of them would fancy a move to Serie A but it is difficult to expect their respective clubs to sell in January.

    Nainggolan for Inter?

While Milan and Juventus look to strengthen their squads in order to compete at the helm of Serie A, Inter are also making a number of moves to help Claudio Ranieri turning this campaign around.

Juraj Kucka should join the Nerazzuri in January, but Marco Branca is also looking at Juan Jesus and could make a bid for Radja Nainggolan from Cagliari. The Rossoblu President Massimo Cellino would be happy to sell at the right fee but the Belgian midfielder has been so impressive over the last year that Inter will need to beat the competition of several other Italian clubs like Fiorentina and Lazio.

Lazio & Genoa chase the new Cardozo

Everson Rojas is one of the hottest Paraguayan talents around and has been dubbed the “new Oscar Cardozo”. The 18-year-old, nicknamed El Takuarita, is currently playing for 3 Febrero, which happened to be Cardozo’s former club.

In recent weeks, Rojas has been training in Portugal where he has been working to strengthen his body built ahead of a potential transfer to European football.

Genoa and Lazio are watching him closely but Rojas has also been followed by a big La Liga club and German side Hamburg. Rojas will be travelling back home this week in order to help his club in the latest rounds of the Clausura tournament, but CM believes a move to Serie A in January is probable as long as Genoa and Lazio speed up negotiations.
