    Van der Wiel lands lands in Rome to finalize move to AS Roma

    Gregory van der Wiel is close to becoming a new player of AS Roma. The Holland International’s contract runs until the end of June and he is rumoured to have already reached agreement to join the Olimpico side.

    According to Sky Sport Italia van der Wiel, 28, has just landed in Rome to finalize his move to the club.

    Van der Wiel had an annual salary of € 4 million at PSG, a request that AS Roma can’t match, that’s why the player is expected to sign a long-term contract with his salary spread out over the entire length of the deal.
