Video: AC Milan starlet saves two penalties as Italy U20 secure third place in World Cup
AC Milan starlet Alessandro Plizzarri claimed the spotlight in the U20 World Cup third place final helping Italy to secure a win on penalties against Uruguay. Italy had never reached such a good result in the U20 World Cup and the promising goalkeeper played a vital role in helping the azzurrini to secure the third place. Italy managed to held Uruguay to 0-0 draw during the regular time and Plizzari managed to save two penalties. The 17-year-old, tipped to become the ‘next Donnarumma’ has played with AC Milan Primavera team and may be promoted to senior team next season.
