    Who is Matias Fonseca, the promising striker who has just signed for Inter

    Inter have stolen Matias Fonseca from under AC Milan’s noses. It is not official yet, but the deal can be considered closed. The 15-year old striker is the son of Uruguayan striker Daniel who played in Serie A in the 90s wearing the shirts of Cagliari, Napoli, AS Roma and Juventus.

    Today, Daniel Fonseca works as players’ agent (Martin Caceres is on his client’s list).

    Matia’s style is similar to his father’s. He has cold blood in the danger area, so much so he is called the ‘Little Batistuta’. Having both the Italian and Uruguayan passport, Fonseca has already made his debut with U-15 Italy national team under coach Antonio Rocca.
