He was on the verge of completing a deal to Zenit in the Russian league but then had a change of heart at the last second.
Roma have already sold Salah for about 50 million euros (including bonuses) as they are now set to receive an additionnal 38-39 million euros from Chelsea for Rudiger. If Manolas leaves too, this will be a very big hole for Roma to fill... .
