Zaza open to West Ham move says agent

Simone Zaza has been heavily linked with joining Wolfsburg this summer, but the Italy International’s move to the Bundesliga collapsed earlier this week when the German side preferred to sign Mario Gomez instead.

With Juventus’ CEO Giuseppe Marotta who told Italian media yesterday that Zaza is up for sale, the player’s agent/father Antonio Zaza has released a very interesting interview to Gazzamercato to explain the situation regarding the future of his son.

“First of all I want to confirm that Simone’s best friend Francesco Lopapa and I are the only agents of Simone, there is no one else who represent my son.”

“Simone went to Germany last week to visit Wolfsburg’s training camp, but the club made a different offer than their first. We did not expect that and their offer was not enough, we had agreed other terms, it is difficult now to see Simone joining Wolfsburg.”

“He’d like to move to West Ham, their interest is concrete. Let’s see what Juve want to do, there will be news shortly. We are considering a move to London for the future of Simone.”

“Simone has still four years left on his Juventus contract, he could help Juve if he stays. Juventus don’t want to sell him to Milan, Napoli or AS Roma that are also interested.”
