AC Milan: Chelsea refuse to give discounts for Bakayoko

Serie A giants AC Milan reportedly will have to pay a fee of 38 million euros to sign Tiemoue Bakayoko permanently from Chelsea.

There were suggestions that Milan would ask for a discount from Chelsea and could possibly offer to swap Franck Kessie for the Frenchman, but Tuttosport say that Chelsea would want 38 million euros in cash for the midfielder.

While they are interested in Kessie, they will not want the former Atalanta man in a swap deal.
