As per reports from Italy, AC Milan duo Alessio Romagnoli and Leonardo Bonucci had a dressing room altercation following the club’s 3-2 loss to Inter in the Derby della Madonnina.

The start to the season hasn’t been a favorable one for the rossoneri, who are currently 11th in the Serie A following the goalless draw against Genoa that saw Bonucci get sent off.

It is now reported in Italy that the climate in the dressing room has worsened and Bonucci and Romagnoli had a bad dressing room confrontation after Mauro Icardi had left the Milan defense rattled with a hat-trick of his during the derby two weeks ago.

Start to life for Bonucci at Milan has been a tough one, ever since he joined from rivals Juventus this past summer. He has come under criticism, but was included in the FIFA Best XI of the year in yesterday’s FIFA The Best Awards in London.

The upcoming game against Chievo could be a watershed one for the club, with a loss set to end Vincenzo Montella’s tenure at San Siro.
