Paolo Maldini recently sat down in a long interview with UEFA where he talked about his future, past, secrets amongst other subjects.

When questioned what his secret for success is Maldini answered: 
"​The desire to improve and not to look over my shoulder. I don't like looking at what I did, but I always look to the future. This is also the secret of Milan".
