AC Milan: Montella and Fassone provide updates on Donnarumma & Suso extensions

AC Milan representatives have held a pre season press conference in Milanello on the first day of the season. Most of AC Milan players, in fact, will take their first training session today. Talking to assembled media, the duo has provided some updates on Suso and Donnarumma contract extensions.

“As for Donnarumma, we’ve been pretty transparent. We said he didn’t want to sign a new contract but we confirmed that we are still open to talk. Donnarumma will come to Milanello on the 11th but we expect to know his final decision before that. I know fans are happy and we are all very satisfied for what we’ve done so far. I hope there will be many seasonal ticket holders”, Fassone said.

As for Suso contract extension, Montela said: “We trust and respect him, he has a long term deal and he is aware that we want him to stay with us. There should be problem. He must remain calm, I trust him and the same goes for the club. I think there will be time to discuss his contract extension.”
