Agent of Fiorentina star rubbishes talk of Napoli move
The 25-year-old has become a very important player for the La Viola over the last two seasons and has enjoyed an impressive campaign. He has appeared 13 times in the Serie A, scoring thrice and assisting once.
Veretout's agent Mario Giufreddi was recently talking to Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli and he has played down and rubbished talks of the midfielder joining Napoli in the near future.
He said: "I do not even talk about the market for him, he stays at Fiorentina, then in the summer he will see himself.
"I think he is destined for a very high level career. It's the right time to move in. He wants to finish the season in Florence. Like Biraghi, with Veretout like Napoli and many teams, but it's useless to talk about the market for these guys."
The French star joined Fiorentina in the summer of 2017 from Aston Villa for a fee of 7 million euros, after his spell at the Birmingham based side had led to disappointment.
