Arthur: 'I pray that Neymar returns to Barcelona'
"Personally I am praying for him [Neymar] to come back because he is a fantastic player, this is indisputable, and I think that the better players the team has, the better it is in general," he said.
"I am doing a lot of work to get him back, but he has his life, he knows what he is doing and I do not know how deep those negotiations are and if there are options for him to come back or not.
"He is a personal friend of mine and a professional that I admire and lot and would be very happy if he could come back here," Arthur concluded.
