Barcelona to welcome back Deulofeu and send young striker to Russia with love

New Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde continues to makes plans for his squad rebuild ahead of the new season. Don Balon claims that the Spanish tactician is making plans for the return of Everton frontman Gerard Deulofeu and a player who could be making way at the Camp Nou is young striker Munir El Haddadi.

The portal states that the 21-year-old, who spent last season on-loan at Valencia is wanted by new Zenit St Petersburg coach Roberto Mancini and Valverde looks to be open to the move. The player himself however, needs more convincing and is understood to prefer to remain in his homeland on another loan-deal next term.

Munir has failed to impress Blaugrana chiefs and Valverde himself is understood to have told the player that he will not figure in his plans for next season. The youngster scored six times in 32 appearances for Valencia last year but his immediate future now looks more uncertain.
