Bilic: 'West Ham like Zaza, he's a great player'
On the eve of the Hammers’ Europa League tie with Astra Giurgiu, Slaven Bilic admitted that he is interested in Wilfried Bony and Simone Zaza.
“We’ve negotiated over Zaza this past season, he’s a great player, we’ll see what happens”.
Both strikers play for big clubs (Bony for Manchester City, Zaza for Juventus), but are down the pecking order, with Kelechi Iheanacho and Nolito easily overtaking the Ivorian at the Etihad.
The Hammers will, however, have to compete with Napoli for the 25-year-old, or so Zaza's father told us in an interview earlier today.
