Buffon and Dani Alves set two incredible records as PSG win Ligue 1
Former captain and legend of Juventus, Gianluigi Buffon, now at Paris Saint-Germain, yesterday was crowned champion of France after Lille failed to win at Toulouse.
Buffon won his 10 national titles in his career, of which 9 were won in Juventus. This is the maximum ever for an Italian player, and the first to reach double figures. For another ex-Bianconero, Dani Alves, it was instead the number 39 career title, between Seville, Barcelona, Juventus and PSG.
The Brazilian has long passed Ryan Giggs' all-time record, standing at 36.
