Buffon: 'Two months ago, it was easy to say PSG will beat United'

Juventus legend and current Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon has revealed that two months ago, everybody thought that PSG will go through by ousting Manchester United, but now everything has changed.

The Parisiens travel to Manchester to take on United at Old Trafford tomorrow in the First Leg of the Round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League.

Buffon was talking to Sky Sports about the game and he revealed that things have changed at United.

He said: "We play an importan game for many reasons. It must be addressed in a serious way and without any regrets.I will have regrets if the game modes and those with which each of us expresses, not will be the ones that require the match.

"Ffootball is strange: two months ago at the time of the draw all the people thought that the PSG would have passed the test easily. Two months have passed and seeing what has happened to us and the evolution that has had the Manchester, today at least we are even."

PSG will be without Neymar, Edinson Cavani and even Thomas Meunier for their trip to Old Trafford.
