Chelsea given transfer hope as Torino identify replacement for €100m star

Chelsea are long time admirers of Andrea Belotti and although Torino president Urbano Cairo has denied that Chelsea have already made an offer to sign the Italian star, the granata are reported to have already identified a replacement for the 24-year-old.
Reports in Italy claim Torino have made an opening € 19 million move for Napoli star Duvan Zapata.

The Colombian striker, a former Everton target, spent the last two seasons on loan at Udinese managing 19 goals in 65 appearances in all competitions with the bianconeri.
According to Radio Kiss Kiss, Torino’s € 19 million bid for Zapata includes some bonuses.

Belotti has a € 100 million release clause included in his contract. The clause, however, is only valid for clubs outside Serie A and Antonio Conte is known to be a long time admirer of the Italy star who has been shortlisted by the Premier League champions alongside Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alvaro Morata.
