Chelsea loanee Bakayoko injured seconds before the final whistle of AC Milan-Dudelange

Chelsea loanee Tiemoue Bakayoko left the pitch of San Siro injured tonight. The Frenchman is feared to have suffered a sprained ankle. Bakayoko started in the middle of the park for the Rossoneri in their home clash against Dudelange. Gennaro

Gattuso’s side went 2-1 down in the second half but had a great comeback with four goals in 14 minutes. Seconds before the final whistle a new injury hit the Rossoneri who are already without the likes of Lucas Biglia and Jack Bonaventura whose season is over already after a knee surgery.If Bakayoko’s injury is confirmed, the Frenchman will skip Sunday’s home clash against Parma.

Bakayoko has 14 appearances with the Serie A giants so far this season. After a tough start to the campaign, the Chelsea loanee has been playing on a regular basis with some positive performances of late. Yet again, today he played a very positive game (READ the ratings here).

At the end of the game, Gennaro Gattuso admitted Bakayoko was hit in his ankle: "We hope it's nothing serious", the Italian manager commented.
