Chelsea ready to spend €45 million on Inter, Juventus target
Barella has become one of Italy's most wanted youngsters over the last two seasons and has recently started playing for the senior Italian national side under Roberto Mancini.
Cagliari-based source Unione Sarda state that ready to put about 45 million euros on the table for Cagliari to consider for the purchase of Barella in January.
The outlet claim that Cagliari are yet to react to the news of Chelsea attempting to make an offer, as they had previously stated that they will not consider offers below the region of 50 million euros.
Atletico Madrid are also said to be interested in signing the Italian, apart from Inter, Roma and Juventus.
