Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata has made it clear that he would love to return back to Real Madrid, the club he left this past summer to join Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge.

The former Juventus striker was interviewed by Spanish media outlet Cadena SER where when replying to a direct question whether or not he would go back to Real Madrid he stated: "Of course I would go back to Real Madrid. After winning everything with Chelsea and making a great career here well, why not? It's very difficult to say no to Real Madrid for a Real Madrid fan like me but I don't believe it can happen, honestly, but who knows. I don't think about it because I'm very happy in London. I prefer that they Madrid miss me more as a person than as a player. I think they have a good team, Madrid is always more important than each player."
