Corvino admits Muriel is close to Fiorentina

Fiorentina DS Pantaleo Corvino has confirmed that Luis Muriel is close to joining Fiorentina in the winter transfer window. Speaking to ABC De Sevilla, Corvino said: “We are on the right path, Muriel is close but we still have to wait a little while”.

Muriel is also being linked with AC Milan but the player has chosen to play for La Viola in January. The Colombia International is close to returning to Italy after playing with Lecce, Udinese and Sampdoria.
