Exclusive: AC Milan’s Niang puts Everton talks on hold

AC Milan star M’Baye Niang has put transfer talks with Everton on hold. As we exclusively reported a few weeks ago, the Serie A giants have already agreed the player’s price-tag with the Toffees who have agreed to sign the Frenchman for € 15 million.

Niang is already being told that he is not part of AC Milan’s plans for the future. Montella believes the French winger has already had his chance and is not going to give him another one in the future.

The player, however, is still not convinced by the offer of the Premier League side as he may be waiting for a bigger club to knock his door (he hopes Arsenal will make an offer to sign him sooner or later).

Meantime, AC Milan are in a hurry to sell him because they have already completed the signing of four players and because they don’t want to have too many players in their team, especially if those players are not part of the manager’s plans for the future.

AC Milan, however, are still looking for a new winger and as of today it is possible that Niang will show up in Milanello on the 3rd of July when the rossoneri summer training camp will begin.
