Higuain has endured a difficult start to life at AC Milan, following his arrival on loan from Juventus this past summer on an initial two-year deal with Milan having the option to sign him on a permanent basis.
Calciomercato exclusively understand that Higuain has shown a massive desire to stay at Milan by training every day in Argentina, when the whole of the squad has been holidaying in the Middle East during the onoing break from football.
Higuain had taken with him Bruno Dominici: one of the rossoneri's Athletic trainers to Argentina, when he had landed in Buenos Aires. It was to get help for the back problems he is currently facing and to follow a strict regime in detail to get back to full fitness.
We understand that it is a message on Higuain's part to stay at Milan and not go to Chelsea, as he is now expected to be in a better shape for the Coppa Italia game against Sampdoria game on Saturday.
He is intent on taking Milan to the Champions League and is keen on giving the side his best.
