Exclusive: Inter, Napoli target says 'yes' to new Fiorentina deal
Veretout has been one of Fiorentina's best players over the last two seasons, ever since he arrived from Championship side Aston Villa. The 25-year-old has appeared in 16 Serie A games this season, scoring thrice and assisting twice.
We understand that the Frenchman has said 'yes' to the offer of a new contract from Fiorentina and he will soon pen a new deal till the summer of 2023, with his current deal expriring in the summer of 2021.
The player has recently changed his agent and that has helped in sorting out his future, despite interest from Inter Milan and Napoli.
The nerazzurri though, haven't given up on the midfielder and will still push for him soon. Although a January move is impossible, they will make a move for him in the summer.
His price too will go up, whereas he was previously valued at 25 to 30 million euros.
