Exclusive: Inter-Skriniar reach renewal agreement despite Man City temptations, the details

Milan Skriniar and Inter Milan have reached a full agreement. There is no longer any doubt. The Slovak defender will renew with the Nerazzurri, as the agreement has already been filed and the final details have been sorted out, with the official announcement coming very soon.

Skriniar will sign a new contract worth 3 million euros a year plus bonuses to rise over the years, a promise made by the management since last summer and promptly respected with a salary that will be improved in the face of the exponential growth of the defender.

However, all could have been different. The former Sampdoria man has been followed by Manchester City for a long time, with Pep Guardiola's team insisting to try and bring the Skriniar to England.

The centre-back refused every proposal in the winter as in the summer of 2018 and chose to extend his agreement with Inter and will also leave the same agent who brought him to Italy. Waiting to see if any 'monster' proposals will arrive in addition to interest, Skriniar will sign the new agreement, a strong signal from Suning.
