Exclusive: Man Utd and Real Madrid alerted as Juve sent scouts to watch exciting prospect

Juventus are always monitoring the European transfer market and there are several young players that the Old Lady has eyed as possible future reinforcements. One of them is Dimitri Oberlin, 20, contracted with Basel until the end of the season and scorer of five goals in 11 appearances in all competitions, three in just as much Champions League games.

According to our transfer pundit Fabrizio Romano, Juventus have been scouting the Swiss promise for some time now. Oberlin shined at the U17 World Cup in Malta three years ago and Juventus have been monitoring him since.

During that competition Oberlin told Calciomercato.com that he dreams of playing for Juventus in Serie A although Manchester United is another club he’d love to join, the promising striker told our reporters.

Spanish media have also linked Real Madrid with welcoming the player’s services. Signing him won’t be easy given the huge competition the bianconeri are facing but Juventus are scouting the player since very long time.
