Is this the summer in which Mayke will move to Europe?
It's what he wants, we're working to make that happen. A number of big clubs have been after him for two years, Italy could be a destination he likes.
Inter have sent an emisarry to Brazil, do you plan to meet him?
We've not organised a meeting but the visit is being talked about in Brazil. I'll be in Italy on May 28th and I'll remain in Milan for a few days. We have a number of appointments in Italy already arranged.
With Roma, too?
It'll be the chance to talk to him. I can say that, for the moment, Benfica is the club most interested in him. Both clubs have already talked about him.
You spoke to Inter last year...
Yes, both Napoli and Inter called about him. You can't exclude anything in football, they're two important clubs.
Can we say that you're open to a move to Inter?
If they were to call we'd be happy to see what they're offering. Mayke appreciates Inter, we know the club and its facilities well, we've visited them before.
Have you already spoken to Cruzeiro about Mayke's desire to leave?
Yes, they know he'll be playing in Europe next season.
