Milan have been connected to a young Croatian star. Calciomercato.com can exclusively reveal that Tino-Sven Susic is in Milan's sights.

The 23-year-old comes from very good stock, seeing as his son was former Yugoslavia international Sead Susic... and his uncle is PSG legend Safet Susic, one of the French club's most appreciated and respected players of all times.

Here's another familiar name: remember Milan Rapajc? The former Perugia striker is now Susic's agent, and is in Italy to talk with AC Milan.

Susic is an attacking midfielder, and boasts a decent scoring record of 11 goals in 91 Prva HNL (Croatian Premier League) appearances. He also has 8 caps with Bosnia, having represented Belgium as a youth.

Susic wants to leave Hajduk Split, and his agent will also be meeting Leicester City's representatives in Italy.
