The Premier League side have made an approach to sound out the player’s availability and in the next few days the Magpies will make an official offer to sign the Uruguay International.
The January transfer window will be very busy for the Serie A giants who have already signed Lucas Paquetà from Flamengo. Leonardo and Maldini, however, wants to add more players to Gattuso’s team but the next signing of the rossoneri will also depend on the players that the Rossoneri will be able to sell.
Despite a not exciting first part to the season, Laxalt is happy at AC Milan and is on very good terms with Gattuso. The player would like to stay at the San Siro but Newcastle are determined to take him to the Premier League.
