EXCLUSIVE: Udinese DS confirms agreement with Napoli over Liverpool target Zielinski
The Zebrette Sporting Director Nereo Bonato has exclusively talked to cm.com’s Daniele Longo to explain the future of the talented 21-year-old midfielder.
Zielinski is a target of Napoli, do you have already an agreement with them?
“We’ve been negotiating with Napoli for long time and the player’s move to Napoli is a priority for us.”
So Napoli are waiting for the player’s decision now...
“Exactly, we’ve gave them our word and we want to respect promises. I believe there are some problems between the player and Napoli, maybe Zielinski was not lucid before EURO 2016. Unfortunately Poland were eliminated yesterday, so the player can now focus on his future. We agreed he would have taken a final decision after the tournament.”
Can you confirm AC Milan’s interest?
“A move to Napoli is the only option we are considering at the moment, we want to respect promises.”
