FIGC, Gravina: 'Serie A will go ahead as usual, no more interventions'

This morning, there were rumours of the league being suspended, following the tragic death of an Inter fan last night. This was also confirmed by FIGC president Gravina, who said that they were evaluation a suspension.

However, just a few minutes ago, Gravina spoke with the press once again after meeting some colleagues, and he concluded that the league will go ahead as usual.

"We shared the understanding that the championship will go on. Everybody has to understand that there is only one person who is responsible for the FIGC and he's called Gabriele Gravina, I won't accept any more interventions," he stated.

Inter fans are expected to get a ban when it comes to away games, which was further confirmed by the fact that Empoli have shut down the away ticket sales ahead of their clash with Inter this weekend.
