Fiorentina flop Khouma Babacar set for summer Premier League move
La Viola’s first-choice striker is Nikola Kalinic and Babacar has honestly done too little to put the Croatian striker’s reign into doubt.
The 22-year-old hit-man was even jeered by his own fans when Paulo Sousa replaced him in the 75th minute of Fiorentina-Verona last week-end.
The Tuscans rejected Crystal Palace and Watford’s € 15 million bid for the Senegal International last January, but lot of Premier League sides are still interested in signing the 22-year-old hit-man during the next summer transfer window.
If – as it seems – Paulo Sousa will be Fiorentina boss also next year, Babacar could swap Serie A with Premier League at the end of the current campaign.
