Sampdoria striker Gregoire Defrel could leave Marassi in January. The Blucerchiati have signed Manolo Gabbiadini from Southampton and the former Cesena man could leave before the end of the month. Newcastle and Sampdoria have been linked with signing the French striker but according to Sky Sport, Galatasaray have begun talks to sign the player.
