Genoa director general :'AC Milan yet to make Piatek offer, many clubs talking about transfer of Napoli target..'

Genoa director general Giorgio Perinetti has confirmed that AC Milan are yet to make an offer for Krzysztof Piątek, with many clubs in talks to sign Christian Kouame.

Perinetti was recently talking to Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli about the future of both of their prized assets, with many clubs circling around him. About Piatek, he said: "We read it in the Gazzetta, the indiscretion surprised us and makes us proud that one of our players is so sought after, but a negotiation with the Rossoneri has not started yet."

When asked about the future of Kouame, Perinetti said that many clubs have held talks about him. He said:  "We are talking about it, there has been an approach by many presidents, even demands, so to speak, now we need to move on to the operational phase, with details of various bonuses and technicalities, which are what counts at the end.

"Inclusion of other players in the deal as counterparts? We are not talking about it but, eventually, they would be separate operations."
