Genoa, Preziosi: "Piatek won't be leaving in January"

Genoa president Enrico Preziosi spoke to Il Secolo XIX (via Calciomercato.com) about a few of his players, here is what he had to say on the matter:

"Transfer market? No one will be moving in January. Maybe we will let some players go next June but it won't be before this. We need to hold on to players like Kouame, Ramirez and Piatek since they have been doing great for us. There is always a lot of talk but we did not receive any offers. We are happy to hold on to our best players since we have objectives to reach. Players coming in? We need a few quality players in the midfield that's for sure. Krunic from Empoli? Yes we like him and we made an offer for him. Sturaro? Yes this is another good idea. He won't come cheap but we do like him a lot. He might not be ready yet but he would like to get back into things with us. Let's see how it goes as the next few weeks will be intense...".
