Giampaolo set to make changes for Genoa clash

AC Milan boss Marco Giampaolo is reportedly set to make changes to the first-team side for the upcoming Serie A game against Genoa.

The Italian's position has now come under stern scrutiny due to the recent run of results at the rossoneri. Milan have won just two out of their six games in the league and the recent defeat to Fiorentina made things all the more difficult for the former Sampdoria boss.

Sky Sports claim that Giampaolo wants to freshen things up at the weekend and bring in one of Samu Castillejo, Ricardo Rodriguez, Lucas Biglia or Fabio Borini into the starting line-up against the rossoblu.
