Guardiola shuts down Juve rumours: 'How many times do I have to say it?'

Pep Guardiola won't be Massimiliano Allegri's successor on the Juventus bench. In fact, the manager himself shut down these rumours during the press conference ahead of Man City's clash with Watford.

"How many times do I have to say it? I won't go to work in Turin, I'm not going to Italy. I'm satisfied with working with this club, with these people. Today I feel like that, then things can change in football. Next season may not be as good as this one, but I'll still be the Manchester City coach," he stated.

A blow o the Juventus fans who were hoping to see the Spaniard in Turin, as Max Allegri will not officially leave the club at the end of the season. This was announced by the club earlier today on their website.

"Massimiliano Allegri will not be on the Juventus bench for the 2019/2020 season. The coach and the President, Andrea Agnelli, will meet the media together at tomorrow's press conference - Saturday 18 May, at 2pm in the press conference hall of Allianz Stadium," the statement read.
