Inter Milan CEO Beppe Marotta has spoken to Sky about the future of the club, and what kind of market the fans can expect over the summer.

"Spalletti has a squad available and it is he who, according to the games, has to make evaluations. I would not speak of holders and reservations, but of choices. Players can also be useful from the bench.

"Spalletti's behavior in these hours? At the media level, the figure of the coach is often taken as an object by you journalists, who create gossip situations that, from my point of view, are difficult to manage. I consider Spalletti to be an excellent coach, who is completing the goals set for him, has a contract with us and we are here to play important matches like the one tonight.

"What kind of market should the fans expect? The stakes of financial fair play are very strict and now capital gains are an ordinary factor and no longer extraordinary. That said. the club is ambitious and for this reason we will make fair and targeted investments to raise the bar and reach important goals.

"Allegri's farewell? They are the dynamics of football, those who had to speak did so very explicitly. It's all part of our football and consequently it didn't surprise me."
